As a Longhaired Chihuahua Haver, I’m pretty sure your mom’s dog is just a longhaired chihuahua! A lot of people don’t realize how long their ear hair gets and confuse them with papillon mixes because of it, but (imo, not a vet) he looks to just be chi. He is indeed very beautiful tho and I hope he gets lots of smooches.
