- me three hours ago: i'm gonna make my friend a mix cd. it'll be fast. i won't put that much thought into it. just fun tracks that pop to mind
- me now: this 4 cd mix is a masterpiece. i've listened to it 3 times through and the timing is perfect. there are 4 major genre shifts, but i did my research and found the ideal genre-bending bands to transition between them. it's a blend of bands they don't know and bands i've already confirmed that they like. the science is all here. we've done it
