My comic, “Not A Crime”, about the arrest and persecution of transwomen in Malaysia is finally ready! read the rest of the comic at my website http://www.kazimirlee.com/not-a-crime.html.
Everybody read this, the stories and experiences of women like me in this country are very rarely told, and strongly suppressed in the mass media through either erasure or slurs and misgendering.
Please, please read this and know what my sisters must go through.

Roo and Penny are each one of a kind but have a lot in common. Both encountered abuse of some kind before finding one another: Roo, a chihuahua, was born without front legs and abandoned in a ditch by his previous owner, while Penny was formerly subject to animal testing for lab experiments. Both were rescued by Alicia Williams, an employee at the Duluth Animal Hospital in Georgia, who has provided both animals with a home and given Roo a set of wheels.
“They get along really well,” Williams told the Gwinnett Daily Post. “Penny gets excited when Roo is around because she knows he’s got treats and food all of the time. Whenever she hears him being fed, she steals his food. He loves snuggling with her because that’s his big teddy bear.”
Both Roo and Penny are regulars at the animal hospital, which posts photos of the two playing together on its Facebook page.
