Things always change significantly between the drawings and the paintings. That’s something that has always vexed me, as I will look at a finished painting and feel that I destroyed the character of the original drawing. I’m trying to learn to accept this…especially considering I’ve been drawing for 20 years, and painting in gouache for two. c:
