The making restitution one was pretty low on my list because 1) I felt like I would still be mad at them in the moment and not trust them to follow through on their promises 2) I hate when people ask how they can make it up to you because it feels like they’re putting pressure on you to think of a way to repair the relationship that THEY threatened with their actions WHILE you’re still upset and hurt 3) when their offered solution is like lets do something together NO I’m still mad at you I don’t want to hang out!!
