I don’t think I ever posted the full comic where moomin straight up confesses he likes snufkin but “one doesn’t say it”, a problem he’s never had with snorkmaiden or anyone else before. I think about this constantly. and the thought of snufkin purposely leaving flower trails behind all so moomin can find him is so cute.

When their puffling fledges (develops flight feathers and can leave the nest), the three return to sea for the winter. Puffin pairs rarely “divorce” unless one of the birds dies.

in some alternate universe the smurfs is a belgian comic series with a few increasingly pretty animated adaptations and a nice line of coffee mugs that’s a popular nostalgic property in europe but considerably underappreciated in america
