Can anyone tell me??? What the heck this creature is? It moved like a caterpillar and when I flipped it over it had legs like a caterpillar but I’ve never seen a caterpillar that’s transparent like this and it also had a weird little tail dragging behind it. I like bugs normally but this this thing. Unsettled me..
I had a dream that this song was from a really old video game you could download and it would play and there were captions that explained it was just singing the words to the instructions of how to play, and the game was like this weird virtual MUD experience where you fly around as a Pokémon and if you touch others you fuse with them or they melt and die, and if you flew into buildings you’d get a new name and outfit, such as half jiggly puff half bulbasuar named Wet Blake who was wearing jeans and was brown. Hearing this song brings me back to that world of Wet Blake.

And I want to reiterate that America’s car culture is a deliberate, political move. Cars isolate people. It isolates communities. It keeps poor people away from other classes by virtue of them typically not owning cars/reliable cars and relying on public transportation. The same goes for other marginalized groups and intersections of it. It keeps interactions of different communities at a minimum because there are very few public spaces that different communities can interact in. Also, reliable, affordable, and extensive public transportation gives more people the ability to physically branch out to different areas.
All of this creates lots of isolated worlds with isolated people who are not only easier to control and convince of things, but they’re also more static in their thinking. I mean how can you even begin to understand another person’s point of view if it doesn’t exist in your world?
I did a lovely trade with @all-the-plastic-ponies and got these sweet little unicorns! Not only are some snoozing, also they have cute rainbow ribbons and they also JINGLE!!
