I really tried to wean myself off of caffeine and amitriptiline simultaneously and then was surprised when i was asleep for 30 out of the past 36 hours. And not regular asleep but passing out with my glasses and headphones on and lying perfectly still, dreaming vividly and remembering every second of it, in 3 hour intervals. On all levels i played myself
