Oh and i told the shrink/nurse about my worries of bringing covid home with me from work and she was like. Oh well just take your shoes off outside and take all your clothes off and shower when you get home and you should be ok. And keep your hair in a bun and wear glasses to peotect your eyes. And i was like oh ok im worried about more things now but i guess that’s technically good advice
