Omgggg I’ve been on a self help audiobook kick ever since I realized how much listening to true crime podcasts was damaging my brain. And some of the mindfulness focused ones are helpful & rewarding and some of them are written for mentally healthy project managers at marketing firms eg the one im listening to rn has a guide to imagining ur own funeral which is supposed to make you feel grateful to be alive??? So fucking funny like ma’am I’ve completed this exercise many times when i was depressed and it filled me with savage glee that i was getting all the love and attention I wanted without having to do anything ever again
